Cedarcrest Cancellation and Move Policies
- **You MUST notify ** Cedarcrest Registrations directly of moves and cancellations via e-mail:
[email protected] more than 3 day prior to the start of the activity.
- There is a $25 non-refundable administration fee for all cancellations and move requests.
- Cancellations are refunded when requested 15 days or more in advance of the event, less the administration fee.
- No refunds less than 14 days of the event. Credit less admin fee can be applied to a future activity.
- **Cancellation 3 days prior the start of the activity or after the start date of an activity are considered as forfeit of refunds or any credit for future activities.
- Move requests are subject to availability and approvals, rate changes may apply.
Other Forms of Payment Policy:
- Manual payments are subject to a $25 Administration Fee.
Late / Overdue Payments Policy:
- Late or Overdue invoices will be charged a monthly 10% late fee after 15 days of missed payment
- Overdue accounts will be blocked for future registrations until payments are settled
